By booking an appointment with Eli’s Beauty, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance. Your appointment is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation where there is not enough time to safely complete the treatment.
Consultation
A £30 consultation fee applies to consultations and is non-refundable.
A consultation may be required to discuss your goals, assess suitability and recommend the most appropriate treatment.
Deposits
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
The deposit is deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
If the deposit is not received, the appointment may be released.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being lost.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Treatment Suitability
Not every treatment is suitable for everyone.
You must provide accurate information about any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, recent procedures or other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability.
Eli’s Beauty reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors including lifestyle, hydration, diet and individual body response.
No specific results, measurements or outcomes can be guaranteed.
Our treatments are non-invasive aesthetic treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Before & After Photos
Photographs may be taken where appropriate for treatment records and progress tracking.
Your photographs will not be used for marketing without your separate permission.
Refunds
Completed treatments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided simply because an expected result has not been achieved, as results vary between individuals.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Children & Guests
For health and safety reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Right to Refuse Service
Eli’s Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where necessary, including where treatment is unsuitable, safety is a concern, or behaviour is abusive, inappropriate or unsafe.
